No refunds on custom items. By paying the full amount you are saying you have received, read & understand this entire contract. Completion Dates If No completion date is selected & agreed upon your order will take 4-6 weeks depending on my current workload. Rush Fee I reserve the right to add a Rush order fee which is $55 to any order that is needed after I’m booked and any order need in 14days or less. Shipping Shipping is $15.00 I am not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments * Your shipment comes with $100 worth of insurance through the shipping company and you are welcome to add extra insurance to any order for an extra $10. If any shipping issue I will help you file a claim. I ship with UPS or USPS you will receive tracking and pictures of your order before shipping. UPS Ground Delivery: Your package will normally arrive in 2 to 3 days after shipped. USPS Priority Delivery: Your package will normally arrive in 2 to 3 days after shipped.
